Welcome to the Hummus Republic website and mobile application (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Services provided by Hummus Republic ("Hummus Republic," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hummus Republic. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Services.
   
   

2. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Services and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
   
   

3. Use of Services
   License: Subject to these Terms, Hummus Republic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
   
   Prohibited Conduct - You agree not to: Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers or networks used to make the Services available. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from Hummus Republic.
   
   4. Hummus Republic Mobile Application
   A. Hummus Republic App & Online Ordering
   The Hummus Republic mobile application (the "App") is powered and maintained by a third-party technology provider, Appfront. While Hummus Republic owns and operates the Hummus Republic brand and is responsible for the content, menu, pricing, and fulfillment of orders, the functionality, stability, and operation of the underlying mobile technology platform are the responsibility of Appfront.
   B. Hummus Republic Terms and Privacy
   Your use of the App and website is subject not only to these Hummus Republic Terms of Use but also to any relevant terms, conditions, and policies provided by Appfront, which may govern the platform technology, data processing, and technical support.

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

Appfront is the developer and provider of the technology platform for the App.
Appfront processes personal data and order information on behalf of Hummus Republic as a service provider.
Hummus Republic is responsible for the content, orders, and customer service related to Hummus Republic products and services.
You may be required to agree to Appfront's separate terms and privacy policy when using the App.
C. Ordering and Payment
All orders placed through the App are processed and fulfilled by Hummus Republic restaurant locations. Payment processing within the App may be handled by Appfront or a third-party payment processor integrated by Appfront. Hummus Republic is not responsible for errors in payment processing.
D. Rewards Program
The terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements for the Hummus Republic rewards program are determined solely by Hummus Republic and may be changed or terminated at any time without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the design and arrangement thereof, are owned by Hummus Republic, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use such material without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
A. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Hummus Republic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Services, including the Appfront-provided functionality. Hummus Republic does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
B. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hummus Republic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including, without limitation, any error or omission in content; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Gift Cards
   Hummus Republic Gift Cards are redeemable only for purchases of food and beverages at participating Hummus Republic restaurant locations and through the Services (where applicable). Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Treat your Gift Card like cash; lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced. Gift Cards do not expire and are not subject to any service fees. Hummus Republic reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and orders for suspected fraud, mistake, or violation of these Terms.
   
   

8. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., California], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
